Sarah Kaufold
Vocal Instructor
Sarah Kaufold is overjoyed to be working with the Musical Theater Workshop for Teens again this summer. She currently serves as Artistic Director to Consonare and conducts three of the choirs. Although conducting is her practice, voice is her primary instrument and teaching others to sing is her passion. Sarah holds a BA in Psychology, a Masters in Choral Conducting, and is beginning a doctoral program in conducting this fall. She has held a small vocal studio for many years and has studied vocal pedagogy throughout grad school, as well as received training in group vocal pedagogy at the Center for Group Vocal Pedagogy and Research.
Halli Gibson
Acting Instructor
Halli Gibson is thrilled to be joining the Musical Theatre Workshop for Teens this summer. She is currently pursuing her MFA in Acting at the University of Connecticut and has been an educator for over a decade. Halli is currently an Assistant Professor at UConn and her a professional acting credits include Tammy in Pocatello, Sister James in Doubt: A Parable, and Alice in You Can’t Take It With You. She also recently appeared as a day player in the TBC Films miniseries Marblehead. Halli holds a BFA in Acting from Southern Oregon University and has also trained with the Oregon Shakespeare Festival.

We have three community concerts this season featuring our Choir Matrix, Consonare Youth Choirs, and Consonare Community Choir, all of which are open to singers of all ages and ranges of abilities with no audition. These concerts usually draw an audience of 150-400 people.

For $75, you can have a business card sized advertisement (3.5" x 2") in each of the three printed and digital concert programs of our community concerts for the 2024-25 season.
