Staying Connected

During this difficult time of social distancing, we are exploring how we can stay connected to the community who have enjoyed engaging in the music we share.

Be a Wild Ember

We are inviting the community to join with us for a special virtual project.  We are asking the community to send in a video of your lip-syncing to our version of "Wild Embers" sung by the women of Voices of Concinnity.  This project will be a great way to get the whole family involved in a fun way to create some art.

Watch your invitation here ---->

Then, record yourself singing along and email it to us at

MARCH MADNESS (choral version)

You love choral music, correct?  Stay tuned for March Madness Event to help us choose a fan favorite song for Voices of Concinnity to sing at their next concert.  We will be creating a March Madness Style Bracket - Choral Version that will have 16 choral music contenders listed.  We will be asking you (our audience) to listen to the selections and vote which ones you think would be a great fit for Voices of Concinnity to sing.  We will continue with elimination rounds, just like March Madness.  The final song will be sung at our next concert.

The bracket is expected to drop by March 31st.

Virtual choir

Our women's choir and youth choirs had started preparations on a song for the spring called "Song of Hope".  The text is truly fitting right now and we are already working to create a virtual choir with all of our singers.  How it works:  each person sends in a recording of them singing their own part while following a recorded track (so all the singers can stay in sync.). We will compile all the voices together to create a landscape of our singers during a time of social distancing.

If you are a past singer with Choir Matrix or the Consonare Youth Choirs and would like to be part of the virtual choir, please send Sarah Kaufold an email and she will gladly direct you to the learning page.
