Sing with us
In order to promote inclusivity, we strive to offer participation in these community youth choral programs at a low cost.*
Our Women's Choir, called Choir Matrix, rehearses at the exact same time so caregivers can engage in singing with other women while their children participate in the Consonare Youth Choirs. This arrangement also allows for intergenerational singing opportunities. Take a listen:

The goal of our Chorus program is to create an engaging, nurturing, and enjoyable environment for young singers to learn the building blocks of choral singing: healthy vocal production, understanding musical concepts such as tonality and meter, and practicing collaboration to reach a common goal. Many of these music concepts may be introduced through play and exploration. In addition, Chorus will learn to sing quality choral music to cultivate skills for independent choral musicianship. Chorus will have the opportunity to learn performance skills through a culminating concert as well as sing a song with our women's choir and Consonare Youth Scholars.
Consonare Youth Scholars (ages 10-14) Directed by Jack Zaino
